Well… the best arcade in SG is at Bugis Junction. That would be the first place to look.
I can’t remember the website or the name of the arcade, but I was given a link some time ago that confirms its out in SG Arcades.

lets say, Tenso.com
register at Tenso, and then it will give a receive address at japan.

and at the online shop, example amazon.
order goods, and at the shipping address, copy or type in the address that Tenso give. Pay the payment of goods and amazon handle fee. Amazon ship the goods to Tenso, when Tenso receive the package, Tenso will inform you, then comfirm and pay the handle fee of Tenso and EMS fee.
And than Tenso ship the package to the address that you given.
