Okay, this has to be one of the shittest time to get sick in the entire semester.
Firstly, this week I have Presentation for both Motion and Advance Digital Media along with a pre-screening for my 3D animation thingy.
Oh yes, not to mention this has to be one awesome sickness spreading around my class.
Apparently, 12 of my other classmates all had the exact same sickness(high fever especially) and all of us got sick at the exact same time(around Friday/Saturday) as well.
Mine started out during Saturday’s Flash class, where I felt a little weird in my throat.
It feels a little itchy and then I started to have a little cough cause it was disturbing my throat.
Then It came to a conclusion that this is definitely not right.
Well, I was fucking right because as time flew pass midnight I started to have a slight fever and I also felt that my throat were building up some phlegm which is definitely up to not good. -_-
So, I thought it’s definitely up to no good so I quickly took some medications and head to bed.
When I woke up in the following morning, I felt like a brand new person nothing was fucking wrong with me or whatever.
But to my surprise, after 45mins I got struck down with an awesome fever in a snap.
Felt like a HOLY SHI- moment actually, my body felt that it’s getting weaker by the moment.
Having trouble walking up/down the stairs, so I tried taking panadol and get more rest.
More weird shits are happening now because not only that I have problems sleeping the panadol doesn’t seem to be working out at all.
And by the time that I thought it’s best to visit to our family clinic, it’s already too late because from what I remembered the clinic closes at 1PM-ish during weekends or so.
Plus, being stubborn and shit so I have no choice but to wait for the following day to go to the clinic.
That night I gave up trying to rest because I just can’t fucking go to sleep for some reason.
The gang was around so we played dota real damn hard I tell you, my fan and air conditioner wasn’t even on for a while now because I was freezing like shit even without those are turned on.
If you didn’t realize, my PC does emit a lot of heat lol.
My graphics card heated up to 63 degrees and that’s not normal because most of the time it should be 50-ish degrees.
After 2 long games of dota and sweating like a bitch, I never felt so relieved because I tried to feel my body temperature and It’s like freezing ass cold now lol.
Thanks to playing games my fever subsided bitch !
Who says gaming isn’t good for health ?!?! HUH ?!?1 HUHHHH! ?!? lol
So yeah, as usual having hard time to trying to sleep and waiting patiently for the clock to strike 9AM so I can go to the clinic ASAP.
Got my stuffs checked and stuffs, it took me approx. 1 hour to get it done because I was waiting for someone to finish theirs as well.
To my surprise(yes again), the doctor told me that he’ll give me a 1 week MC due to my current condition.
What’s my condition now ? My body still feels a little weak from the fever from the previous day and my phlegm somehow is getting worse and my nose isn’t really 100% okay either.
Yeah, I was fucking shocked that I got a week’s worth of MC because they’re telling me it’s best to get well before attending to class again as I may spread my current situation to the rest of my classmates or my school and then ToA can just close down and get quarantined. lol
Still don’t believe me, look before for my MC.
Jesus Christ, it’s sean again.
So yeah, here I am staying in my room not having any human contact for a week isn’t fun(THANK GOD FOR INTERNETS). lol
My brother told my parents that I’m sick like shit and stuffs, well it’s obvious since my medications were on the table and my door was wide open with fan turned on only.
Oh best part, after a while my voice just degraded into nothing man. lol.
I can’t talk for shit now, my voice doesn’t come out properly now thanks to the phlegm.
Thankfully, Joanne gave us a note that presentation will be postponed to the following week as so many of us in the class are sick like shit.
She’s even considering of postponing the submission date as well for us with MCs, thanks Joanne !
Oh well, time to eat and head to bed again. lol
