For some reason, I realize I’ve gotten that problem if I’m using the Free version of Bumptop but the moment I tried getting the Pro Version working on my Win7, it looks just fine now.

And yeap ! I made the right choice to upgrade to Win7 ^^

Thanks Sora. Its a great app. But like you said, I does see smaller on win7 compared to your shoujo-butai theme.
